Post wash dust collection system (Wet Scrubber System)

This product injects water to the absorbed polluting gaseous substance, absorbs/removes the pollutants resulted from contact between gas and water on the filler surface, and discharges clean air to atmospheric layer, which is called Wet Scrubber or Packed Tower Scrubber.
Dust scrubber facility is usually called wet dust collector, which is the system that separates and captures the dust contained in the exhaust gas by, liquid film, bubble, etc. created when decentering cleaning liquid to dusty gas or decentering dusty gas to cleaning liquid according to the following principle. |

Dust collection principle |
| |
It injects cleaning water to the polluted hazardous gas for washing purpose and uses filler to fully contact between air and liquid, and therefore there exists charged layer with specific surface area broadened. To prevent scattering of cleaning water, it exhausts air using demister. Depending on dust and gas properties, it is divided into Spray-Chamber Scrubber, Cyclone Spray Scrubber, Venturi Scrubber and Packed Tower |
