Vacuum Evaporation System
 

The system that separates pollutants from pure water by oxidation/combustion of VOCs and various pollutants contained in waste water through directly injecting waste water into the flame.

It is a suitable system for treating high-concentration waste water. It is also an energy saving facility, and when waste water flowing into No. 1 evaporator will be circulated by the pump and add temperature in evaporated condition, the evaporated steam is recycled as a necessary heat source through absorption, mixing and compression processes by a strong absorption power of the ejector formed at low level by high-pressure steam.

○ Facility Criteria
Facility related with the subject hazardous material under control (Article 168 of the Enforcement Rule) When business owner cause the worker to handle the work in his/her workplace where the subject hazardous material under control is used, the owner must install the facility or local exhaust system that prevent gas, steam or dust generating sources of the said hazardous material.
